Paired with my Onkyo surround receiver, I am very happy with the purchase. The speakers are heavy for their size and feel very solid. It's tough to tell from the picture, but the ports are on the top angled surface, and the speaker grill has a port diffuser to disperse the sound. I bought them when they were on sale for $199; if they were regular price I would probably have had a harder time pulling the trigger. The wall mounting plates are average, a keyhole hanger design.
